DentistFind New Team Member Policy

Congratulations for being the latest team of DentistFind.com. We are very selective on the team members that join us. We are a fast growing and high performing company and it is important for each team member to be reliable and hardworking. If this matches you then you will love working with us but if you are not then you will have a lot of issues. 95% of team member’s contract are terminated from the issues listed below.

Daily Check in

You will be added to a Skype group chat. Please check in at the start of your work and check out at the end of the day. Just send a message saying you are already logged in and logging out. The purpose for this is that you know who is online so you can contact them and so that the supervisor will also know that you are already logged in. Please follow the schedule given to you. We are a high performing team and everyone’s attendance and timely contribution is important to the functioning of the team.

There is a 30 day probation period. You must submit daily updates every working day. For the first day you miss, you will get a warning, for the second time you miss, your contract will be terminated.

If you are late more than 5 mins three times within 30 days your contract may be terminated.

Reporting Requirements

Contractors must notify their supervisor at least 30 minutes prior to the start of their scheduled shift if they are going to be late. Use sms messaging, whatsapp, viber, email, Skype.

Breaks

When you want to take a break, please send a message in the Skype group chat that you will go on break then stop your timer. Inform the group chat when you are finished with your break and start the timer.

For Unexpected Power Interruptions/No Internet:

  1. In case of a power interruption or not having Internet, contractor must notify the supervisor via sms messaging or whatsapp, viber, skype. Must login the moment power comes back.
  2. In case of no Internet for a few days, contractor must go to a place where there is Internet. E.g Coffee shop, friends or relative’s house so that contractor can still work.
  3. In case of scheduled power interruption, refer to number 2.

For Special Occasions:

  1. If you are going to be late because you have something going on with your family, you need to advise your supervisor 3 days in advance that you will be late on that said date.
  2. Send a text msg to supervisor on that day as a reminder that you will be late.

For Special Days Off

In case you want to have a special day off, you need to advise your supervisor 1 week in advance and inform them on that day to remind them.

 

Any contractor who fails to call in and/or report to work for two (2) consecutive workdays is VOLUNTARILY terminating their contract.  

 

Daily Updates

You will be added to the Google Group Forum for daily updates. When you are finished your day post a daily update here:jing.co/log. The daily update should include: all your tasks for the day, the estimated hour to finish each task, the actual hours it took you to finish the task, the status, comments and issues if you have any

 

After your initial 30 day probation you will be offered a full time job. This position will last 3 months in which you will be offered a permanent job and salary will be increased based on your hard work and contribution.

 

Opening Unrelated Sites

Please refrain from opening other sites that are not related to your task. You are not allowed to open Facebook, Youtube, Instagram, Twitter and other social media sites unless it is part of your task. Once we have noticed that you are using your scheduled time for personal use you may get a warning or your contract will be immediately terminated.
